穩(wěn)定性

1.本品為50%或70%山梨醇水溶液，呈黏稠狀透明液體，有旋光性，略有甜味，具有吸濕性，能溶解多種金屬，高溫下不穩(wěn)定。能參與酐化、酯化、醚化、氧化、還原和異構化等反應，并能與多種金屬形成絡合物。

2.無毒。在人體內很快被吸收，最終代謝成二氧化碳。小鼠口服LC50為257000~23200mg/kg。
